The challenge
Atlassian needed to accelerate readiness across technically distinct populations — new engineers, graduate engineers, data scientists, coaches and managers, and revenue-team Account Managers — each requiring different capabilities, tools, and evidence of readiness.

iLX Studios built a five-stage framework — Discover, Define, Design, Activate, Sustain — translating technical work into observable capabilities, then building role-specific learning through live sessions, hands-on practice, and persistent Confluence resources embedded in the workflow.
